As of June 2026, I am officially a Chicago resident. I was blessed to be able to afford a place to live after months and weeks of searching. I have never lived in a city, so I pray and believe that this transition will be a good way to broaden my horizons.
I’ve had to put a ton of creative things on hold, because of multiple things going on in my private life. Things like with health, finances, etc. Now that I have my own place, I am hoping it is easier to work on more projects. I deeply miss working on Space Grind. I’ve been making some more artwork, thanks to my new iPad, which has the beloved artist app Procreate.
I am happy to be writing this blog post on my brand new MacBook Pro. Why did I get one? Starting September, I am going to pursue an education, which I’ve wanting for years ❤ I am considering that a birthday gift to myself, since I will be turning 28 that month. It will be a college certificate in Business Essentials, which I should be able to complete by the end of Spring 2027. I am hoping I will learn new skills that will help me in my desired career paths. Maybe I’ll even become more business-savvy in Art Biz 😀
Down below is one of the newest drawings I’ve made with Procreate 🙂

Summary of Announcements:
- I now live in Chicago, Illinois
- I can create new projects with my brand new MacBook Pro
- I will be earning a “Business Essentials” certificate starting September 2026
- I have a new iPad, which will mostly be used for digital art on-the-go (Procreate)
I am grateful to the Lord to be transitioning into such a brand new chapter of my life. Thank you to all of those who are supportive of my growth ❤ ~~ And with that, I conclude this blog post!
